Delphi World Learning, which is run by Mr. Vlad Spencer, was responsible for the program schedule. Ms. Marta Etienne was the Department of State representative. Our first professional meeting, with the participation of Omar Bandar and Anne McCormick from Delphi, was at the Washington Press Club to hear the journalist and professor Mark Feldstein about the role of the Press on Democracy. On the walls of the Press Club were original cartoons and comics pages signed by the most famous American artists. On the hall, a gallery that includes Pat Oliphant and Herblock. |
